Position : Integration Developer III

Location : Manapakkam, Chennai, IND-TN

Job Purpose :

As an Integration Developer III, you will be a key member of our IT team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced data integration solutions. This role demands exceptional technical proficiency, leadership qualities, and a proven track record in delivering complex integration projects. The successful candidate will guide the team, drive innovation, and ensure the seamless flow of data across multiple systems.

Essential Functions :

• Integration Solution Development:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of sophisticated data integration solutions using application integration software, ensuring seamless communication between diverse systems.

• Implement advanced data transformation, migration, and validation tasks, optimizing performance and ensuring data accuracy.

• Reporting:

• Utilize reporting software skills to create visually appealing, interactive reports, providing valuable business insights to stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

• Management and Collaboration:

• Oversee and manage complex integration efforts, collaborating closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Mentor and lead a team of developers, providing guidance, training, and technical expertise in integration best practices and tools.

• Collaborate with database administrators and other IT teams to ensure data security, integrity, and optimal database performance.

• Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting:

• Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance to exceed predefined service level agreements (SLAs).

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, data mappings, and report specifications.

• Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data integration, reporting, and transformation, and drive their adoption within the team.

Education:

• Four years of college resulting in a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Experience:

• 7-10 Years

• 7+ years of proven experience as an Integration Developer.

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Exceptional understanding of integration concepts, data transformation strategies, and report development.

• Proficiency in designing and implementing complex data integration workflows using application integration software.

• Advanced knowledge of data cleansing, validation, and transformation using SSIS or similar integration tools.

• Strong T-SQL skills including querying, optimization, and data modeling preferred.

• Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to mentoring and guiding a team.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and drive results.

• Experience with other advanced integration tools and technologies preferred.

• Knowledge of cloud-based integration solutions and data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue) preferred.

• Experience working in a Scrum environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results within agile frameworks preferred.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture is preferred.

Supervisory Responsibility :

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities

This position is in Chennai / Bangalore / Gurgaon.
