Position : Share Point Engineer II

Location : Chennai, TN

Job Purpose

Location: India

Work with existing SharePoint DevOps team utilizing agile methodology. Perform daily systems checks on production and non-production SharePoint Farms.

Essential Functions

  • Work with existing SharePoint DevOps team utilizing agile methodology

  • Perform daily systems checks on production and non-production SharePoint Farms

  • Manage user and monitoring generated incidents

  • Participate in monthly On-Call rotation for after-hours support

  • Performs analysis, acquisition, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of SharePoint systems, and software utilities

  • Perform daily SharePoint administration tasks

  • SharePoint Online Team Sites and Hub Sites Administration

  • ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem management

Experience/Background

  • 3 to 5 years of experience

  • At least 5+ years hands-on experience administering and maintaining SharePoint Servers (Server 2012R2/2016 for SharePoint 2013/2016), experience must include: maintaining and configuring large server farm topologies

  • 2+ Years working with Nintex and SharePoint workflows

  • 5+ years hands-on experience administering MS SQL, including Always-on availability clusters, SQL clustering.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
