Position : Creative Content Manager
Location : Cincinnati, OH
In this role, this individual will create corporate marketing, sales, customer support content. This role will be responsible for creating content including digital and print ads, promotional items, presentations, branding templates, logos, campaign emails, website and social media graphics, infographics, product collateral, sales materials, tradeshow materials, videos, animation, etc.
This individual is expected to be a graphic designer and creative marketer with the skills to develop dynamic creative materials and the mindset to think out of the box, adapt quickly, and collaborate constructively with all stakeholders.
Versatility is key. The ideal candidate has a get-it-done attitude, marketing/creative passion, collaborative spirit, continuous learning will, and demonstrated experience delivering visual content and creative projects in a B2B and/or B2C environment.
You will join a team of talented marketers who work collaboratively with product marketing managers, IT and communications engineers, the sales team, the process team, and the corporate function teams.
Responsible for creative development of all customer-facing materials, for mediums up to and including mass advertising, direct marketing, digital/animated/video, event, web & social media, and sales collateral & presentations
Responsible for creative development of internal communications materials as needed, including assisting HR, Communications, and other teams when they need various graphics and creative content for their campaigns
Create dynamic executive and sales presentation materials
Create graphics as well as digital, animated, and video content for corporate and partner websites and social media platforms
Work with cross-functional groups and collaborate with internal key stakeholders to coordinate feedback
Responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all customer-facing and internal communications
Help establish and maintain the internal creative content architecture and library
4 years of college resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of graphic design and marketing experience in a corporate setting
Excellent working knowledge and intermediate skills with Adobe Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, DreamWeaver, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Publisher, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to deliver high-quality creative content and documentation, paying attention to details, within expected timeframe and deadline
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in a visual, graphic, animated, or video format
Develop and maintain a creative content library of the following:
Printed and digital materials including ads, posters, banners, brochures, etc.
Sales materials including sales flyers, datasheets, presentations, etc.
Executive presentations etc.
Email campaigns and website/social media graphics
Digital, video, and animated content
Trade show/sponsorship program materials and promotional items
Logos & branded templates (stationery, case study, sales presentation, product slip sheet, white paper, battle card, state of work, request for proposal, service catalog, etc.)
Internal communications creative content
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Developing strategic presentations with MS Powerpoint, including creating custom templates & charts, incorporating media, animations, images, and implementing current best practices for presenters
Content production and publishing experience; digital, animation, web, audio & video format experience is a plus
Ability to provide a sample of work which showcases a variety of creative & writing experience within print and digital platforms is a plus
