Cincinnati Bell Credit & Collections Analyst in Cincinnati, Ohio
Position : Credit & Collections Analyst
Location : Cincinnati, OH
This position is responsible for accounts receivable collections, processing credit card payments, reviewing invoices,
troubleshooting customer billing problems and disputes & application of payments to invoices. This job requires a high level of ongoing administrative and customer support. This position requires being able to work independently, with minimal supervision. It requires some knowledge of various AR functions as well as the other billing and contract systems.
Interact with customers to collect past due balances - 60%
Research billing/payment issues and disputes which may involve working with other departments - 20%
Identify process/policy/system improvements to enhance collections - 10%
Issue service orders - 10%
- Four years of High School or equivalent
No experience to 1 year
Previous Credit and Collections Experience (Preferred)
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient in Excel
Detail Oriented and Organized
Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Customer-friendly (internal and external)
