Cincinnati Bell Warehouse Coordinator in Cincinnati, Ohio
Position : Warehouse Coordinator
Location : Cincinnati, OH
Coordinate and perform day to day functions of warehouse operations for both traditional resale and maintenance inventory.
Daily shipping and receiving of equipment, as well as parts returns into and out of the assigned CBTS warehouse - 40%
Management of sales transactions which will include allocation, fulfillment, and staging - 20%
Manage CBTS Asset Recovery on defective and returned parts - 10%
Provide assistance on all large project deployments coming into the warehouse -10%
Participate and/or conduct monthly inventory for all areas of the - 5%
Work with CBTS Purchasing Department to troubleshoot vendor issues - 5%
Provide support for the CBTS maintenance service window which includes technician interaction, parts disbursement, return parts management, and tracking - 5%
Coverage of on-call parts disbursement after hours based on pre-assigned rotation by the CBTS Operations Manager - 5%
- Two years of College/Technical School resulting in an Associate's Degree or equivalent
3 to 5 years of work experience
Work experience in warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
General warehouse skills required
Strong oral communication skills are essential
Attention to detail is critical
Basic Excel knowledge is required
