Job Purpose

Recruiting active and passive candidates, reviewing resumes, phone screening, face-to-face meetings with candidates as well as clients, checking references in line with company policies and governmental regulations, and most importantly establishing a long-term relationship with your consultant base. Associate must also have full knowledge of recruiting practices and the ability to think creatively.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate and communicate with management to assess staffing needs 5%
  • Identify, interview, and facilitating the hiring of salaried, full-time, W-2, and Corp to Corp technical staff with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, multitask, team environment 40%
  • Create, maintain, and updated candidate database records 5%
  • Prep and coordinate consultant-client interviews 10%
  • Coordinate technical tests and verify consultant references 5%
  • Generate client leads and consultant referrals 10%
  • Manage and post all open positions, using Bullhorn. 15%
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare resume profiles, and assist with on-boarding activities. 10%


  • 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Previous experience in any type of HR and/or Recruiting
  • Outstanding and effective telephone skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly changing priorities
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Strong and creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment


  • Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Any hands-on technical IT experience is a bonus.
